Magnolia Lane DSP Colored with Stampin' Blends

I had seen several post where people had colored the Magnolia Land DSP in either Real Red or Cherry Cobbler and made Christmas Cards.  It looked pretty cool so I decided to try it with Highland Heather Stampin' Blends.
I love it!  If you try this yourself, make sure there is paper under the DSP, it bleeds easy!  Use a light hand when coloring as DSP is thin.  Happy Coloring.

Perennial Essence Birthday

This Perennial Essence DSP is so gorgeous, that I try to find ways to not to cover it up too much!  The Rectangle Stitched Dies make a great frame and sentiment strip, plus it makes your card look so elegant. The sentiment is from the Beautiful Bouquet stamp set and stamped in Night of Navy. I stamped the Flower from the Floral Essence stamp set in Versamark ink and heat embossed with Copper embossing powder, punched out using the coordinating punch.  Adhered the flower together with Glue Dots, added a circle of Sparkle Glimmer paper and a Faceted Gem.  Attached the flower with a dimensional.

NEW Color Combo!

So, how do you like Rich Razzleberry paired with
Rococo Rose?  I love it!
I had a scrap piece of Perennial Essence Designer Series Paper that I wanted to put to good use, so I used the colors from that, but focusing mostly on the shades of pink in the flowers.  Blackberry Bliss was too dark, so then I pulled out Rich Razzleberry and I was in love!

Cardbase in Crumbcake 5 1/2" x 8 1/2" scored at 4 1/4"
Rich Razzleberry cut at 5 1/4" x 2 3/4" and 4" x 2 1/4"
Designer Series Paper cut at 5 1/8" x 2 5/8"
and 3 7/8" x 2 1/8"
For the sentiment, I stamped in Rich Razzleberry onto Whisper White cardstock, I then used the Stitched Rectangle Dies. I used the large set with the smallest and the next size up.
Added some Rococo Rose Scalloped Ribbon and some Rhinestones.
